Christopher Mercer, aka Rusko was born in Leeds in 1985 to a musical family. From day one, Rusko was surrounded by music. Whether it is his family’s pianos, guitars, banjos and saxophones, or the heavy reggae and dub sound systems of later years in Leeds, music has always been an integral part of Rusko’s life.

After graduating from Leeds College of Music with a degree in Music Production, Rusko discovered the world of dubstep through the Leeds club night Subdub and a debut appearance from the Digital Mystikz. Having spent the past 10 years making future dub alongside Leeds very own Iration Steppas, Rusko connected with the sound and moved down to London to further advance his musical opportunities with Sub Soldiers label mate Caspa.

Veering away from the dark, serious side of the sound Rusko brought a highly driven energy and fun approach to the dubstep massive and quickly coined his own take on the genre and turned the scene upside down. His sound appealed to many people outside of the dubstep world as his productions became more adventurous in formula, sound and energy. His huge hit Cockney Thug has been played by everyone from Pete Tong, Switch, Diplo and Santogold, and has been remixed by Buraka Som Sistema, Diplo, Caspa, Drop The Lime and the Scratch Perverts.

Now at 25, Rusko is only in first gear, with collaborations on the table with the likes of Switch, Diplo , Yo Majesty and Wiley, the future sure is looking bright. Already setting the radio airwaves alight with his own productions and remixes of artists like Adele and A-Trak featuring Kid Sister, Rusko is headed in the right directions. Onwards, upwards and far beyond what most producers can dream of. Rusko’s debut album, O.M.G.! was released May 4, 2010 on Mad Decent, and his next album, entitled “Songs”, is due to be released in March 2012.

Dash Berlin is a true DJ at heart with a profound passion for the comprehensive culture of dance music. He is often described as an invigorating and charismatic newcomer, with the unique ability to leave a long-lasting impression upon his audience well after the night is over. Dash is one of those rare individuals that seems to understand the unwritten laws of the nightclub by nature. He keeps his ever expanding, nocturnal following alert, ecstatic and craving for more, with remarkable precision and skill. One could easily mistake him for a superstar deejay. However, the truth remains that Dash Berlin views the world through the same eyes as his public. “It’s virtually impossible to make progress without the continuing support of the people”, he humbly said.

While the past few years have seen the polished productions of Dash Berlin take centre stage after the release of ‘The New Daylight’ album, the past 12 months have seen DJing become the focus. The ‘United Destination’ compilation saw release in April (set to become an annual concept), with DJ frontman Jeffrey Sutorius performing far and wide around the world.

A busier-than-ever DJ schedule has meant there’s barely been time for Dash Berlin to take a breath in 2011. “It has been an epic year; a roller-coaster ride without breaks at times. I think I saw every corner of the world twice while touring,” Sutorius says with a smile. “Raising the roof together with the big crowds at major festivals like EDC, Mayday, Eurofest and of course the legendary ASOT500 celebration with Armin, they’ve all been unforgettable moments.”

A weekly residency in Ibiza with Paul Oakenfold at the sprawling Privilege also meant Dash Berlin’s distinctive vocal trance was transported to more ears than ever before, and this was consolidated with the first big push into the US, on a sold-out tour that stretched from New York to Las Vegas.

“A spontaneous collaboration with ATB has also been a real highlight this year, melting our sounds together in the track ‘Apollo Road’, which we performed together for an exploding crowd in Poland as an exclusive surprise act at his solo concert,” says Sutorius. “It’s simply been an amazing year and it isn’t even over yet.”

“I have a weak spot for vocals, because of the story-telling element, which can literally move people to tears. The way a crowd responds to different sounds or a certain type of arrangement is essential information to me. Capturing that dancefloor vibe in the music is key in the constant development of my signature sound.”

Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio
Born in Providence, R.I., Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio is recognized for his musical talent as well as his reality star status on MTV’s highest rated show, “Jersey Shore,” which premiered in December 2009. Quickly a fan favorite, MTV announced Pauly as the first cast member to receive his own spinoff, which will chronicle his life as a celebrity DJ, set to air in 2012. On August 7, 2011 Pauly won “Choice TV: Male Reality/Variety Star” at the Teen Choice Awards after being nominated for the second year in a row.
Pauly received more recognition being voted the #8 Best DJ in America in 2010 and was nominated again in 2011, but his notoriety did not come overnight. At the age of 16, long before his “Jersey Shore” fame, Pauly started as a DJ and that is where his passion remains. In Summer 2011, it was confirmed that Pauly would be joining the iconic Britney Spears on select dates of her Femme Fatale Tour, alongside Britney and Nicki Minaj.
Pauly has spent years honing his skills to fine art. His eclectic track selection, unique style and infectious personality captivate crowds around the globe. Pauly is now one of the most sought after DJs in the world. His music library spans nearly every genre of club music and he has the exceptional ability to mix in and out of top 40 and house music, introducing an entirely new demographic to quality dance music. In 2011, The Palms Casino Resort announced that Pauly will be an exclusive resident DJ for Moon, Rain, and the Palms Pool solidifying his spot amongst the elite group of artists that have had residencies with the Palms. Noisecontrollers consists of 2 fulltime producers: Bas Oskam and Arjan Terpstra.

Founded in 2005 both with a totally different musical background but with a great preference for Hardstyle (in every shape that is). Their First release was on DJS-Records called “Wanna Freak You” and their second release “Creatures” already on the big Fusion Records.

In 2007 their popularity grew strong and they started to perform their live act (including their own MC. Michel Rijenga as MC Renegade), which was a big success! Booked in clubs all over the world, people more and more enjoyed the Noisecontrollers sound.  In the same year  they released  “Crump “ & “Aliens”  and  things really started of.

The third release on fusion (May 2008) “Shreek”, “Venom” and “Rushroom” were probably the most played tracks so far! As one of the most booked hardstyle acts already ,they also decided to perform as DJ’s.  They really had memorable performances (Qrimetime, Reverze , Hardbass and X-Qlusive Zany) and bookings all over Europe followed up by a tour in Australia!

2009 Started of as a great year because they had the honour to make the In Qontrol  anthem which was a milestone for them on every level. They also did a great collaboration with Headhunterz and Wildstylez called “Tonight”. And with DJ Zany “Delomelancum”. They made remixes of Wildstylez’s “KYHU” and DJ Zany’s “Thugs and Brennan Heart his “One Blade”. Also on a production level they are on fire! Their vinyl with tracks as “Yellow Minute”,” Attack Again” and “Revolution Is Here” was greatly received and was a big step forward in their production level.  With tracks like “Samara”, “Unbroken”, “Astral 2009” and “Addictive Fantasy”, they are raising the bar even more!
2010 Has been a very successful year aswell! Having a huge hit with the new talented australian guys ‘Toneshifterz’ with the tracks “Jaydee” and “Empire Of The Sun”. Also released an amazing second collaboration vinyl with DJ Zany and to top it all they made this Years Decibel Anthem and just released the new EP “Faster N Futher, Macabre, Darkside of Emotions and ofcourse “Yellow Minute” remix done by wildstylez! Futhermore there are some new great collaboration’s on their doorstep with “Headhunterz” and “Psycho Punkz”
