Fresh from hosting one of Miami Music Week’s most talked about parties – #GroupTherapyMiami at the Bayfront Amphitheatre – Above & Beyond return for the second leg of their North American tour from May 11 to take on some of the US & Canada’s finest cities, venues & festivals.

Featuring three shows at the 5000-capacity Shrine in Los Angeles as well as a double up at San Francisco’s Warfield, the 23-date tour also stops off in Chicago, Miami and Vancouver, as well as the renowned Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas’ on June 8, where Above & Beyond will host a special Group Therapy arena – playing alongside friends and label mates like Mat Zo, Gareth Emery and Gabriel & Dresden.

Above & Beyond will make a double appearance at New York’s Electric Zoo festival – hosting a Group Therapy arena on the Friday and closing the main stage on the Saturday. Other headline festival appearances include the Global Dance Festival series, featuring a performance at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre.

The Group Therapy show has taken the Above & Beyond live experience to the next level; with live video messaging from the band, immersive and epic visuals and unreleased previously unheard club mixes of tracks from the “Group Therapy” album.

A shared interest in great music brought the two girls together. Rebecca Scheja and Fiona Fitzpatrick not only reign Sweden’s club scene, they have become icons for a whole generation of Swedes and represent what hard work combined with talent can do.

In May 2010 the girls released their first single – Luminary Ones. As 2010 ended, Luminary Ones had become one of the most played songs on national radio P3. In addition to touring the whole of Sweden they followed Robyn as opening act on her European tour.

If that was not enough – Swedish Television followed the girls for several months, which has resulted in their own self-titled tv-show. Wherein you can follow their work as DJs, producers and urban girls.

2011 became an even bigger year for Rebecca & Fiona, they released their double platinum selling single Bullets, the double a side If She Was Away/Hard and the smash single Jane Doe. In November they completed everything by putting out their debut album I Love You, Man. In addition to that they created Turn It Down, their hit collaboration with US DJ superstar Kaskade.

Last year Rebecca & Fiona played over 100 shows all over the world alongside DJs like Tiësto, Kaskade, Axwell and Steve Angello, and 2012 looks like it will be when the girls hit global stardom, already having a month long US tour confirmed and receiving the award for Best Electronic/Dance at the Swedish Grammy Awards 2012.

Don’t let their beauty and glamorous public life fool you. Rebecca & Fiona are dedicated musicians who spend more time nailing loops in the basement of their recording studio than to splash champagne at trendy nightclubs. They wouldn’t have time anyway; they’re too busy killing the dance floor.

When Reid Speed began spinning records in 1996, she first generated curiosity as one of few female DJs at the time. However, she quickly earned respect for her talent in the highly competitive New York City DJ scene. By the summer of 1997, she was working with rave promoters Stuck on Earth Promotions and the following year as a member of the Direct Drive crew.

Play Me Records, her label, is a leading force in the American end of dubstep and fidget house. Reid has now a second label, Play Me Too Records. As one of the first US DJs to champion speed garage & 2 step (which have become today’s fidget house and dubstep), her new label’s quick rise to the top of the dance charts reflects her continually forward thinking musical evolution.

Reid started out in the New York City underground working behind the counter at the legendary Breakbeat Science store, holding residencies with Stuck on Earth, Direct Drive & Camouflage while in college at the School of Visual Arts. Drum and bass at the start, she was soon was seduced by the sounds of 2 step and speed garage and began DJing full time, producing tracks and throwing her own events. Signing to Breakbeat Science’s label in 2001, she released her first mix “Resonance” to much critical acclaim, and successfully followed it up with 2003’s “Life After Dark.” On subsequent tours with Om artists Ming & FS and Colette she honed her precise genre mashing mixing skills and developed a synergy with her crowds that is unmatched. Her tunes and mixes get play from many of the worlds most respected radio stations and DJs including BBC/ Annie Nightingale (voted Reid Best Mix of 2008), Sweidish Egil (Power 106 LA), Z-trip, Drop the Lime, Jaimie Fanatic, 12th Planet, Bassnectar & DJ Dan. Whether on the floor, in the studio or behind the decks Reid keeps pushing boundaries forward every step she takes.

Snoop Dogg, is an American rapper, singer, record producer, and actor. Snoop is best known as a rapper in the West Coast hip hop scene, and for being one of Dr. Dre’s most notable protégés. His music career began in 1992 after his release when he was discovered by Dr. Dre. He collaborated on several tracks on Dre’s solo debut, The Chronic and on the titular theme song to the film Deep Cover.

Snoop’s debut album Doggystyle, was released in 1993 under Death Row Records making a debut at No.1 on both the Billboard 200 and R&B charts. Selling almost a million copies in the first week of its release, Doggystyle quickly became certified 4x platinum in 1994 and spawned several hit singles, including “What’s My Name” and “Gin & Juice”. In 1994, Snoop released a soundtrack on Death Row Records for the short film Murder Was The Case, starring himself. His second album, late 1996’s Tha Doggfather, also debuted at No.1 on both charts with “Snoop’s Upside Ya Head” as the lead single. The album sold only half as well, being certified double platinum in 1997.

Tha Doggfather was his last release for Death Row before he signed with No Limit Records, where he recorded his next three albums. Da Game Is to Be Sold, Not to Be Told in 1998, No Limit Top Dogg in 1999 (making it his last album of the 90s), and Tha Last Meal in 2000, which was his last No Limit Records album. Snoop then signed with Priority/Capitol/EMI Records in 2002, where he released his album Paid tha Cost to Be da Boss. Then he signed with Geffen Records in 2004 for his next three albums R&G (Rhythm & Gangsta): The Masterpiece, Tha Blue Carpet Treatment, and Ego Trippin’. Malice ‘n Wonderland (2009) and Doggumentary (2011), his most recent release, were on Priority.

In addition to music, Snoop Dogg has starred in motion pictures and hosted several television shows: Doggy Fizzle Televizzle, Snoop Dogg’s Father Hood and Dogg After Dark. He also coaches a youth football league and high school football team. He has run into many legal troubles, some of which caused him to be legally banned from the UK and Australia, although the UK ban was later reversed after a long legal battle. He is the cousin of Nate Dogg, Daz Dillinger, RBX and Lil’ ½ Dead and the cousin of R&B singers Brandy and Ray J. Starting September 2009, Snoop was hired by EMI as the chairman of a reactivated Priority Records.

Max Graham needs no introduction, with Trance hits like “Sun in the Winter” and “Nothing Else Matters” and his legendary DJ sets he knows how to make, and play, records that get the dance floor moving.

In 2010 Max released the first artist album of his career entitled RADIO, This album spawned such hits as “Sun in the Winter” (feat. Neev Kennedy) and “Nothing Else Matters” (Feat Ana Criado) both strongly supported by Markus Schulz and Armin Van Buuren to name a few. This past year also saw him release Cycles3 (Double CD) and take Cycles Radio weekly (every Tuesday at 12noon eastern on the DI.FM DjMixes Channel) which has grown into an event with live twitter interaction and quite a loyal following.

2012 has seen the continued growth of his record label “Rebrand Records” as well as the increasing popularity of his radio show with thousands of downloads each week. He also continued the Vocal hit parade with a collaboration with Star Vocalist “Susana” entitled “Down to Nothing”
Even though he’s considered a “Trance DJ” Max is never one to stick to a single style of easily marketable music, but rather follows his own path of finding great tracks from so many different genres.
