Calgary will get a little taste of Jersey next week.

Mansion nightclub has booked Jersey Shore star Mike (The Situation) Sorrentino to appear at the kickoff of its Mansion Music series on July 8.

The festival will bring some of the world’s top deejays to the newly opened club, located in the old Tantra location, 355-10 Ave. S.W.

One of the most popular — and mocked — cast members on Jersey Shore, ‘The Sitch’ is known for his big ego, six-pack abs and snappy one-liners, not to mention his memorable mantra, G.T.L. (gym, tanning, laundry.)

The hit MTV reality show has attracted controversy over its often unflattering portrayal of Italian-Americans. But that hasn’t put off viewers. The show was picked up for a second season, which will see the cast relocate from New Jersey to Miami.

The Mansion Music Festival will also see the likes of heavy hitters Markus Schulz & Sander Van Doorn (Sunday July 11th) , Colette & DJ heather (Monday July 12th), Wolfgang Gartner (Wednesday July 14th), & Toronto’s Mark Oliver (Thursday July 15th)!
